  • "I think ChamberMaster is a model company that if every company were like ChamberMaster, that company would be the leader in their field. They are that good. As the economy has soured, we’ve noticed a huge increase in the number of members using ChamberMaster’s Hot Deals for online couponing. Some put the coupons in radio ads and say go to the Chamber’s website and print a coupon and other post a link in their online communications where they can offer online coupons using us without having to pay for a separate company or expensive software to do it. It really empowers small companies especially and helps us retain them as members, because if they quit our Chamber, they would lose these valuable ChamberMaster online tools they’ve come to depend upon. In my opinion, ChamberMaster is misnamed. They should be called, “Chamber Total-Solutions” or Chamber Maestro” as they have improved every aspect of Apple Valley Chamber from productivity, reduced training time, event maximization, top websites for small chambers, communications including letter communications, accounts receivables, weekly member e-newsletters, timely reports with graphics, and probably most important, empowering our members to update and manage their own member accounts from their computer 24/7 giving them a sense of control while reducing Chamber staff time."
