  • How technical do users need to be to use CallRail's software?

    Not very technical at all! We do offer a number of easy-to-understand walkthroughs and helpful tips when you sign up, but you're also welcome to just start using the software and playing around with what you can do.

  • Software pricing can often be complex. If it's pretty straightforward, list tiers, pricing (per year, seat, etc) and limits for CallRail. If it's not simple, use broad estimates or ranges for typical setups.

    Our base call tracking starts at $45/month, and our marketing analytics suite starts at $95/month. We have additional custom plans for higher volume businesses as well.

  • Does CallRail offer a trial or free download available?

    Yes, there is a 14-day, full-featured trial.
