"As part of my role as Digital Marketing Manager, I am required to regularly produce a digital strategy which aligns to our organisational goals. I have completed a couple of these in the past, but I was not sure if I was following best practice. I completed my digital strategy on-time and within budget and I am very happy with the vision, objectives and the path that it has now set for us. I was delighted with the level of buy-in that I was able to achieve for the strategy, thanks to the guidance and advice provided by Mike. All of the organisation now knows about the strategy and the key decision makers have a sufficient level of buy-in to ensure that key projects are prioritised. I have been able to secure budget and resources to achieve my aim, at a much greater pace than I have been able to achieve in the past. It was an invaluable experience and I will continue to work with Mike to help to challenge my thinking and ensure that we achieve the best possible outcomes for my business."
