  • We made the switch to Zoom for Government as soon as it became available — it was important for us to have the security that comes with it. There are a lot of good services out there but they don't meet the security standards for the Department of Defense.

  • "Zoom offers a variety of features that meet the needs of the education industry. The product is magic, but it’s the people behind the partnership and beyond the tool that we want to work with. Vendors who offer ongoing support and who we can build a relationship with are key for us."

  • Even though I’ve been on a 4-megabit connection for the last two years, I don’t feel like I’ve missed a step. That would not have been possible without Zoom. Even with other video conferencing technologies, like Teams or Webex, the experience is just not the same. Zoom works in environments where other solutions don’t.

  • “There has been an amazing turn around on our functionality requests. The waiting room is particularly useful for our student support services, enabling private student consultations without the inconvenience of password protecting meetings.”

  • “We see Zoom as giving us the opportunity to expand, and keep offering the quality of technology and quality of experience we need to teach effectively.”

  • "Monroe County procured a satellite internet connection the week before Irma. It was a portable dish, which provided a 4MB down / 1MB up connection – not a lot of bandwidth to support 100+ people in the Emergency Operations Center. We had always appreciated Zoom’s capabilities under broadband network connectivity, but its performance on a very small satellite connection was exceptional and it was a true testament to the work Zoom has done, optimizing video transmission across any connection Zoom was a lifeline for that period of time.”

  • “The best part of Zoom was an ability to join a video conference call on the phone, whether one works from home, is in the car driving, or shopping in a grocery store. On the day after the storm, I was on a Zoom call when my laptop’s battery died, and there was no electricity to charge it. Thankfully, I was able to rejoin the meeting from my phone.”

  • “Specifically in the surgery rooms, trying to set up Polycom and Lifesize didn’t work well - when doctors had an unreliable WiFi connection, the video would start clustering and dropping packets. However, Zoom has an error correction and pushes to deliver consistent flowing video regardless.”

  • “To ensure that the physical, as well as the mental needs of the patient are met.”

  • “We went from 0 to 75 customers in 23 states, providing services to 170+ clinical sites, and from 0 to 100,000 virtual meetings a year over Zoom. Most importantly, Zoom enabled people in access-challenged geographies get proper mental healthcare that they simply wouldn’t be able to get otherwise."

  • “I send people a Zoom meeting link. All they have to do is click to join, but they end up doing something else, because they can’t imagine it’s as easy as click and join. Zoom is so simple, they just can’t fathom it.”

  • “We deployed Zoom in an amazing 4-day weekend – migrated 14 global offices and over 500 conference rooms – and on day one, everyone was up and running without a glitch. With Zoom, we don’t have tickets for audio and video issues, so the team gets to work on a lot more things that they normally couldn’t do before we had Zoom.”

  • “There is no difference whether we are sitting next to each other or whether we are sitting across the globe from each other – you shouldn’t feel a difference and we don’t."

  • “Zoom made it possible for us to to share complex analysis so that all parties can get the complete picture; it helped us to streamline the work product and not waste time emailing files back and forth without the full context. Zoom’s ease of use and feature set made collaborating more powerful and efficient."

  • “When my son was nine, he was diagnosed with Leukemia. At the toughest time of his life, he needed to be with his friends the most, but he was stuck at home going through treatment. So we were able to connect with his classmates using Logitech cameras and laptop computers. You should have been in the room when those two cameras clicked on and my son could see his friends and they could see him. It was so magical.”
