"It took me 18 months to develop my initial product. With InnoCentive and my second product, the research to prototype took two months."
"The Green Chemistry Commerce Council is exceptionally pleased to have partnered with InnoCentive on executing the first Collaborative Innovation Challenge for Safe and Effective Preservatives for Consumer Products. Being a new program, with eighteen companies involved, the Challenge Program faced numerous obstacles. At every step of the way, InnoCentive demonstrated great willingness to be flexible in its approach and invested significant time to ensure project success. InnoCentive staff were professional, adaptable, creative, and always provided clear, effective, and timely communication. The Challenge Program would not have been the successful model it was in driving supply chain collaboration to solve chemistry challenges without InnoCentive’s involvement. We look forward to working with InnoCentive on additional challenges in the future."
“We realized that in our Pezouliotika photovoltaic plant, one of the winning solutions was very suitable for creating a biodiversity hotspot. The implemented solutions provide space, habitat, and forage for wild pollinator species such as bees and butterflies. We chose this location in order to focus on the preservation of some target species, aiding local butterflies that were at risk of extinction.”
“Using open innovation in this case provided us with interesting avenues to explore. In the last months, our team won a company award for most innovative project as a result of this work with Wazoku.”
“Our partnership with Wazoku has seen us run 50+ open innovation Challenges over 6 years. The unique perspectives of the Wazoku Crowd contributes greatly to the success of our Open Innovability® strategy.”
"This is why after the awarding we decided to start a collaboration to reshape the concept in a pilot project – and successively we re-engineered the solution to reach the nation-wide scale up, and keep on bringing Disit Lab on board for the scientific validation of the outcomes."
“We’re changing the face of environmentally friendly growing by reducing carbon emissions caused by using peat. The 5 exciting solutions from this Challenge have drastically helped our Growing Media program, providing us with new opportunities to explore.”
“Waste isn’t waste until we waste it. ICL’s sustainability plans and emphasis on the circular economy led to the focus on using by-products from other industries. The success of the Challenge has aided our goal to use more renewable resources, providing sustainability in ecology, economy, and equity.”
“In order to work with our employees on innovation efforts, we needed a centralized system to hear their ideas. Powered by Wazoku, our platform allows us to truly engage with our Multiconsult employees, across all regions and levels, to work towards innovating at scale through the company.”
“It’s all about creating value from the ideas. Wazoku couples idea mangement directly with execution and operationalization, making it a customizable and easily adaptable process.”
“Using open innovation helped us close the miles between us and potential solutions. With Solvers from the other side of the world, it’s unlikely we ever would have found them without partnering with Wazoku on this Challenge.”
“The vital work of the COVID-19 Peer Hub sparked thousands of local projects to keep immunization services afloat in the pandemic. This community’s dedication to knowledge-sharing and helping each other has directly led to increased vaccinations, greater health equity, and better engagement with communities.”
"At Sandvik, we believe sustainability is directly connected to good, profitable business. Working with Wazoku and integrating an Ideas Hub has supercharged our goal of achieving 100,000 sustainability ideas by 2030."
"The outcome exceeded our expectations. 20 great ideas were posted on the first day!"
"The support from Wazoku was exceptional, from the early stages through to launch and support. A global Challenge was set up and launched within an extremely short period of time: 2 weeks! Other than the usability and flexibility of the platform, the level of support we receive from the Wazoku team is a huge factor. When we need additional features, we regularly consult with the product development team and get it delivered in product updates. This is how a successful business relationship should look like."
