"I am sending you this note to personally to let you know how pleased I am with your service. AAPM&R has been with you for many years but it wasn't until we moved many of our servers to the Cloud that I had begun to appreciate the ease of operation and versatility of the application. We currently use Symantec BackupExec for the majority of our production servers. There are several exceptions. One in particular is our E-Commerce server which we were having timeout and performance issues using the Symantec product. When we decided to try your application and we didn't have any problems. The backups were able to complete without any errors and much faster than any other solution that we tried. To verify we performed a restore and it executed flawlessly. The long and short of it is that we have started to use the your application for most of our servers in the DMZ and in the Cloud. The performance and reliability is better than Symantec and it is much more flexible to use."
