"We are a strictly volunteer based organization. Naturally, my first priority was to thoroughly learn the box office process. That process was manually intensive and utilized a voicemail and email based system to process ticket orders from patrons. Not only do they offer a great system but they back that up with an extremely responsive support staff. They were quick to respond and correct any issues I encountered. And lastly, they keep and open mind and listen to your ideas for improvements. I appreciate that a great deal. Our patrons love the new system. They appreciate the ability to go online, process their request and obtain tickets immediately. They no longer have to wait for the box office volunteer to call them back to confirm their request. More and more patrons are now using the system. I highly recommend this system."
