As an AMC, I need one registration system that can be adapted and customized to a wide range of registration and event needs. "System is quite powerful and allows me to do most of the things I want to do. While quite a lot of it is intuitive if I run into problems your tech support is excellent always helpful and pleasant. Tech support is also very helpful at helping to brainstorm ways to accommodate unusual client needs. Love that you can convert an abandoned registration. I also like that you can tell what was modified in a record after the fact. Clients often come to us with a variety of registration needs that present unique issues whether it's complicated conditional logic, reporting or layouts. One example of a creative way to address needs not always covered by other online registration systems is to be able to establish some unique rules (group registration for example) that apply to specific registration categories as opposed to being all or nothing. A really solid system that can fulfill a wide variety of client needs and comes with excellent tech support for those more unusual requests."
