"The SME software system is brilliant. After battling away with our ‘self made manual system’ for a couple of years we took the plunge and moved over to this. It was quite an ordeal in the beginning as you have to upload all the information, which does take some time, however it is well worth it. The Support team are really nice and always very helpful, whether it is by phone or email and with any size of query. You can visit the office for training and any new additional staff can go through to their office in Edinburgh for Friday training. We have become an efficient Letting Company and have no hesitation to recommend this service. I look forward to a long and happy working experience with SME Professional."
