“SmartContractor is an awesome business management software. If you value your time, effort and money Smart Contractor is the program to use. The features of Smart Contractor are endless. The program’s ability to manage a project has increased our companies volume by 30%. Being able to quickly and accurately put together job proposals, turn the proposal into the correct purchase orders and coordinate a job schedule alone have cut my office time in half. This has allowed me to see more clients which in turn means more volume. Smart Contractor has also limited my estimating mistakes by its ability to directly write the proposal from the job estimate. This means that when the client and I sit down to go over their proposal, if an item is not in the proposal… they were not charged for it.
