"Having upgraded our server, with all of the associated problems, and wasted a substantial number of chargeable man hours doing so we looked around for a suitable IT support service provider. We obtained quotes and met with a number of IT support service providers, both local and national before choosing SmartIT. Mark (Hickin) our account manager spent time with us explaining the services Smart IT provide and how these could benefit our company, and since signing with Smart IT I think it fair to say, stealing a line from a well-known wood care specialist’s TV advert, “It does exactly what it says on the tin.” Our server has run perfectly, any problems / queries have been addressed promptly & professionally by the Smart IT staff. To be honest my only regret is not contacting them to have them configure the server on the first place which would have saved me substantial time (& that’s now lost billing time)."
