I didn’t have to download and software on my computer so I can ship from anywhere not just my home computer, which is really nice since I travel a lot! I called and spoke to Brittany, she not only walked me through shipping easy to make sure that was right she helped me with the Dymo settings also! How awesome I didn’t have to call Dymo to fix that."
