“ShippingEasy is just fantastic. The product is far superior to any I’ve used, and that includes ShipStation, Dazzle, Stamps.com, and a couple others that I’ve blocked from memory. Incredibly easy to ship packages. Custom rules make it so that once orders are received, they can automatically be processed based on settings you’ve made. So if one of your items is always shipping Priority, you can make it so a label is auto-printed that exact moment with a Priority label and correct weight/address info. The customer support is superb, and the main reason I switched from ShipStation. ShipStation support took forever – it would usually take about 10 minutes before I could get a hold of anyone. There’s always someone ready to talk to me on ShippingEasy, and they go above and beyond. I was having printer problems through no fault of theirs, and they spent a good chunk of time setting me straight. ShippingEasy is the most used app in my store. “ShippingEasy has helped our business substantially since we began using it. Having all of our orders and shipping history in one site allows us to save time and get more work done. We sell across three different websites and ShippingEasy syncs with every one of them from receiving orders to sending the tracking numbers out and marking orders as shipped on the corresponding site. “I don’t write many reviewsI felt compelled to leave one here, however. I was hesitant to sign up for any shipping service that cost money as we were doing our shipping through Paypal multi-order shipping which is a free service. “Shipping Easy has made our shipping process so much easier! We sell 3-4 deals each week on Groopdealz and every single order needs to have tracking information uploaded back into the Groopdealz system. Prior to switching over to Shipping Easy, this was such a headache. We had to cut and paste each tracking number into the system. Now we can import all the tracking numbers at once back into Groopdealz in less than 60 seconds. It is awesome! We have a Magento based website as well that we sell our products on. Integrating Shipping Easy to our Magento site was FREE and the awesome customer service at Shipping Easy walked me through the entire process. My favorite feature of Shipping Easy on my Magento store is that I can ship via USPS or UPS. I love this feature!
