“It’s great to know that I have a support network on the other end of the phone. A particularly memorable accident occurred within the first week I worked here, whilst I was alone on shift. The Safety Advice Line service and Helpline App was so useful as I had no experience in this area. They supported me through the entire process of dealing with the incident. During their on-site visits, it is clear that they are not here to punish or penalise us, they really are here to help give us protection.
