      When you implement Searchspring, you and your team will receive training with a Customer Support Manager and Implementation Manager – although, you may not need much training since Searchspring is so easy to use.

      However, we know things come up, so we'll walk you through the entire Searchspring platform and provide training documents. We don't leave you hanging after you're fully implemented either. With Searchspring, you get a dedicated Customer Success Manager and the ability to enter support tickets (and we actually read them). Our team is friendly and happy to answer any questions at any time.

    • Describe the implementation process and timeline for Searchspring software.

      At Searchspring, we make every effort to make implementation is as quick and easy as possible. We do all the heavy lifting so there's no need for developers, programming, or searching for extra server space. We'll host a kick-off call with you to go over everything we need to get started and, once we receive everything we need, we take it from there.

      Implementation timeline varies by client and the size of your online store. However, once all our required data, documents, and information has been gathered, it typically takes about 15 business days to deliver the design to your team. After feedback, tweaks, and edits, we'll schedule a training session with your team. Once you're ready, your site will go live with Searchspring.
