"Before we were using Reduct, we would just take notes on computer and then try to find that in the video. So, there was not really any transcript and it was just kind of a nightmare. It takes 10 times as long to create anything and it's enough of a barrier that most of the time the researchers on the team just weren't using video clips because it was just cumbersome enough and took- would take so long that it was not really worth it. So now, it's just so much easier and now we're using video a lot more and getting really good feedback from clients. They love it. The nice thing about Reduct is that you can go back into the transcripts, find those keywords, highlight them, create clips and then stitch those clips together so quickly. I, just the other day, talked to a researcher on my team who was using Reduct for the first time. His response was, "Oh my god, Reduct is amazing." And I was just so happy."
