"Before using Receipt Bank, I used to keep all my receipts in a box and hand to my accountant to organise every three months. We weren’t recording every expense, and some of the small stuff would inevitably slip through the cracks. We use a similar online system for processing the business’ sales invoices and we knew there must be a solution for our expenses too. They referred us to Receipt Bank and we took out a trial and loved it! We now submit our business receipts on the go, and our accountant just logs in and accesses the data from Receipt Bank itself. It saves so much time and there are multiple avenues for uploading items. As soon as I receive an email receipt, I can just forward it straight on and forget about it! I also use the iPhone app religiously. It’s really handy, and so convenient for when I’m out and about. I was recently on a trip to London, and all of those receipts that usually end up in your jacket pocket could be snapped and then thrown away. "My Receipt Bank experience has simply been great. I link my account to Xero, and I have absolutely no complaints with either system. My accountant was using Xero, and I knew I wanted to get up and running with a system that could allow my expenses to flow seamlessly into my Xero account. I had encountered similar products in the US, and I did a lot of research before deciding on Receipt Bank. I’m so glad I did! Before using Xero and Receipt Bank I just kind of wasn’t dealing with my expenses. It really is one of those things that continues to add up. Unless you have a decent way of sorting it, the whole thing doesn’t really seem worth it. This was the predicament I was in! I realised I could claim a lot more than I was, but my receipts were literally building up, and I wasn’t sure what to do with them. Now that I use the service, all that hassle and worry is gone! The customer support has been truly amazing. Any query I've had has been dealt with wonderfully. It has honestly been the most enthusiastic service I’ve come across! And the system continues to impress. I travel to Turkey a lot, and it has been able to handle Turkish Lira – and all other currencies I’ve thrown at it – flawlessly! I’ve basically been given a really easy way that I can expense more to my business. It really was a pain, and now it’s a breeze."
