After reviewing a number custom and packaged software solutions, eTownPanel determined that having a hosted solution was the most cost-effective and efficient approach to meet their needs. With limited technical resources available in-house, eTownPanel was interested in working with a reliable vendor to deliver this system. Using the QuestionPro panel management solution, eTownPanel was quickly able to create and integrate a Panel Portal for recruiting panel members. Now QuestionPro provides the entire backend infrastructure for managing the eTownPanel database of respondents.
We collect and analyze customer feedback on a daily basis. The feedback survey is sent when a case for a particular customer is closed. This process was manual and we needed an efficient automated solution. QuestionPro provided us with the infrastructure to setup the feedback survey, collect data and analyze the collected data. However, they did not have a mechanism to automatically send the feedback when a case was closed. QuestionPro custom developed an automation solution for us. We can now simply email a file containing the email addresses (and other related information) of customers whose cases have been closed. The file is automatically processed and feedback surveys are distributed to the email addresses in the file.
I have used QuestionPro extensively for the last two years doing research first for the Marine Corps and now for Fairfield Language Technologies. The best thing about QuestionPro is that I can do almost anything I could possibly want to do with my surveys: from basic but vital things like having the right questionnaire format to creating reports, tracking response, inserting more sophisticated analytical tools like conjoint, etc. QuestionPro has the breadth and depth of tools that a marketing researcher needs to do his job. They are also constantly innovating adding new capabilities and expanding their services. They are more expensive than most similar sites but the price is not high for what they provide. QuestionPro is definitely a very good value for the money.
