These service additions pay for the price of the software alone! Protractor is always coming out with updates for new features. We have multiple work stations but NO more back-ups to do. “We have been with Protractor since January of 2008 and, although completely satisfied with the Legacy software, have been looking forward to the .Net software for the past few years. In February we converted to the new .Net software. It took us about six hours to get our.Net system setup, converting the inventory, service packages and some of the accounting. Our staff completed the LMS online training which was really helpful and we bought the three hour, one on one training program. We were up and running in no time. I really like the speed and reporting in the .Net software. My service advisors never caught on to the online supplier connections in the old software. But, now, with the ability to toggle between multiple suppliers on one page, they are completing estimates and orders with ease. These new features alone have made the conversion worthwhile and have saved us time on the service counter. We have not looked back since February 1st and continue to find new features every week. If you have not already, I would recommend you make the transition as soon as possible.”
