“We have been with Protractor since January of 2008 and, although completely satisfied with the Legacy software, have been looking forward to the .Net software for the past few years. In February we converted to the new .Net software. It took us about six hours to get our.Net system setup, converting the inventory, service packages and some of the accounting. Our staff completed the LMS online training which was really helpful and we bought the three hour, one on one training program. We were up and running in no time.
