    We offer our entry level Preferred Patron™ Bronze package, suitable for small businesses who want to operate a single rewards program based on visit or spend based point accruals, and up to five of the most common incentive promotions, such as Birthday, Miss You, Referral and Appreciation plus unlimited e-mail broadcasts and transactional SMS notifications. A member mobile app for iOS and Android plus a mobile-optimized member web portal also included. Lastly, the Bronze edition provides Gift Card processing capability at no additional cost.

    MEDIUM BUSINESS & SMALL MULTI-OUTLET BUSINESSES
    Medium sized size and small multi-outlet businesses will benefit from the extensive capabilities found in our Preferred Patron™ Silver Edition loyalty package. Benefits include all features of Bronze plus multiple, tiered rewards programs with intelligent automatic advancement between tiers, unlimited incentive campaigns and product based point accruals. In addition to the standard anonymous monetary Gift Cards, Silver edition clients also benefit from named Gift Cards and Spending Accounts. An API is also included for integration purposes.

    LARGE BUSINESS, ENTERPRISES & LARGE SCALE MULTI-OUTLET BUSINESSES
    Enterprise level businesses will benefit from the unparalleled capabilities found in our Preferred Patron™ Gold Edition loyalty package. Benefits include all features of Bronze and Silver plus family account management, virtual gift cards and advanced marketing capabilities including drip marketing, behavioral and trigger based marketing, fundraiser campaigns and interactive online surveys. In additional to the standard and named monetary Gift Cards, Gold members also benefit from product/service based gift cards, known as Packages. Packages offer a great means to sell and track utilization of bundled products and services as well as service packages and maintenance agreements.

    ALL EDITIONS
    Small footprint tablet devices are available for any edition or they may be operated from your own PC or browser enabled device. All Editions include customer management and segmentation, a WYSIWYG e-mail editor, e-mail templates, unlimited e-mail blasts and mobile marketing capabilities.

    The Preferred Patron™ Customer Loyalty Program is very simply to use. The tablet optimized interfaces are self-intuitive, require little to no training and are supplemented with a vast online video library. Our more advanced cashier interfaces and back office marketing features do require introductory training. Every new client is provided with up to one hour of complimentary "getting started" live training from one of our qualified support professionals. Additional training is always available, as necessary. We cater our clients through the process to ensure they receive the most out of our system, including initial data uploads (if applicable) and a hand-held walk through of initial campaign, e-mail and SMS setup.

    We have been listening to our customers, since 2004. Our Preferred Patron™ product is a representation of all these ideas, that have been brought forward by our clients, and we will continue to listen and adapt. Our goal is to be the most comprehensive customer loyalty solution available to any business while keeping our solution affordable, and appropriately packaged for specific audiences.   • Which popular or common software does Preferred Patron integrate with?

    The Preferred Patron™ is an all inclusive program. However, when applicable, clients may optionally choose to leverage seamless integration to external e-mail marketing sources as well as some popular POS, DMS, SMS and PMS systems.

  • Software pricing can often be complex. If it's pretty straightforward, list tiers, pricing (per year, seat, etc) and limits for Preferred Patron. If it's not simple, use broad estimates or ranges for typical setups.

    All pricing based on annual agreement term, per business entity and/or physical store location.

  • Does Preferred Patron offer a trial or free download available?

    We offer live demonstrations, which typically take 2 hours to complete. Annual agreements don't take affect until start of 3rd billing cycle. Merchants may cancel at any time prior with no further obligation. No hassles if cancellation is chosen. No mandatory cancellation surveys.

  • Does Preferred Patron offer any kind of training/education for their product?

    All new clients receive complimentary "getting started" training via remove presentation.
    A vast video tutorial library is available to supplement and refresh.
    Customer support for how-to questions is only a phone call or e-mail away.

  • Describe the implementation process and timeline for Preferred Patron software.

    New clients are provided simply, step-by-step software installation instructions (where applicable).
    During the on-boarding phase, our customer support representatives will perform or assist with installations via remote dial-in.
    If custom branded cards are ordered, typical time-line to go live if 3 to 4 weeks.
    If not using custom branded cards, necessary prerequisites to launch (training, installation, on-boarding and campaign setup and shipping of startup kit) can usually be completed in a one to two weeks time.

  • What are the Preferred Patron support options? List all.

    Phone support is offered Monday through Friday, during standard business hours.
    Off hours support is offered 24x7x365 via e-mail.
    Gold Edition customers receive priority phone and e-mail support.
    Support representatives will remote dial-in, when necessary.
