"First, I want to thank all the support staff at Pontem for all your help with our software install. Our initial install was at a remote site to evaluate your product, and create a database with actual records. The Pontem staff was very helpful as we went through that process. Our cemetery was established in 1908, and going from an old style book system to yours took some minor adjustments, but as you work with the software, you can easily make the management of a cemetery very easy, user friendly, with a quick supply of information. I worked with Jeff on the software move on Thursday. As expected, there were some minor issues with McAfee, but Jeff was able to handle all of the issues.
