“It’s important that our first ever drive-thru offers a quick, easy and convenient service to our customers and PFM helped us define the best solution, optimised our budget and delivered in a well- managed efficient process from beginning to end. They understood our needs and worked with us. The staff were all able to hit the ground running due to the training and the easy to use equipment. The installation was completed on the day we closed all of our operating sites as a result of the Covid19 epidemic. It became clear the technology would enable us to quickly re-open the Empire site as a contactless Drive through, operating safely within the Government guidelines. This was the first of our 6 sites to re-open after lockdown. The Customer feedback has been fantastic and we continue to operate at capacity at peak times, serving quality Fish & Chips safely and efficiently.
