“working with the Trustees we have three simple tasks a. stabilise the workforce with a straight forward HR plan based on feedback and engagement; b. look at the costs for our services and begin to review those costs based on the contract income; c. create clarity about what we do and why for our carers. From that platform we will begin to look at raising regular free income and where the charity is able to create more value for our beneficiary group.”
