“The greatest achievement was that production, logistics, and sales all came together to work toward the common goal of "never running out of stock", by making the three-color priority list shown by Onebeat the common language of the entire company, the inventory situation became visible, and the actions to be taken became clear. The appropriate inventory was then defined, and we were able to create a situation where we did not run out of stock while drastically reducing inventory.
