“When seeking a provider of a virtual parking permit system we wanted to give our end users a great customer experience and reduce the administrative time spent on the application and fulfilment process. Additionally, we needed a methodology of prioritising permit allocation to ensure permits are issued in line with the university's parking policy. The system has provided all this and more. Octopass has allowed us to introduce new types of permits which in turn has supported colleague retention and provided greater parking flexibility, and ongoing software development of the permit management system has meant we have been able to add new features to further enhance the user experience.”
