  • We have been with NBI for quite a few years now and love the system and the fact that it's Aussie owned and they have hospo background so understand what is needed for a bookings system that doesn't cost an arm to run. We have just recently had Sadie implemented as well, which alleviates the hassle of answering the phone during the daytimes when we aren't open.

  • The club is usually open from Thursday through Sunday, so managing phone bookings was difficult and many patrons didn't like the idea of sending an email and then waiting for a response. These days people expect to be able to book online so we needed to implement an automated system. We contacted many pubs and clubs and noted Now Book It has the local market share.   • Now Book It is a great tool for restaurant reservations. Guests can utilise the online booking system and book themselves which has been a massive time saver. Creating profiles for all bookings so we can easily look up customer information is one of the best features. The template for adding bookings is clear and straight forward. Notes for communication amongst staff is a bonus as is the ability to change trading hours and blackout dates that streamlines the bookings over several departments. It's been well received by both customers and staff and a welcome addition to our business.
