As a small business owner Now Book It has changed my life. We previously ran a manual system involving answering the phone and manually putting into our booking diary. We are open 4 days per week which meant that when not open I was personally taking all the calls. The introduction of Now Book It has given me that time back to work on the business rather than in it. The take up rate by our clients has been incredible with bookings exceeding the same time last year quite considerably. The only thing that makes me angry is that I did not do it a couple of years ago. The support system has been excellent.
