"Netwrix Auditor is a solid tool for reporting changes in your IT environment. Prior to using the tool it was extremely cumbersome to sift through Windows event logs to view changes that had been made to shared files, Group Policy, servers, Exchange, and Active Directory. Now we receive a simple easy to understand report every morning of the changes that occurred the day before. And you can run custom reports spanning a specific time period if required. The Active Directory reporting tool alerts our IT department within minutes whenever there is a user lockout or change to Active Directory. It has really helped to be more efficient and on top of problems as they occur. Customer support is the best that we have experienced among our IT vendors. The support team is always very professional, knowledgeable, and have excellent communication skills. I rarely have to contact support as the setup was very easy and the software is rock solid once installed and configured.
