“I wanted to thank you for our new QMS system! The migration phase was a breeze and very quick. Since the system has been in place, I’ve received excellent support from you and your staff. Each time questions or concerns have risen, your staff has responded promptly and has respectfully worked with me to solve the problem. It is so much better having an online based system as opposed to our old manual paper pushing system. Since switching to the online system, we have seen employee involvement in the program greatly increase. Employees are taking to the website to raise CIPs much more often than before. Additionally, we have been able to involve more employees in the problem solving process addressing CIPs. Having an online based system has also greatly improved my ability to track and organize CIPs. I love that I can see the status of each CIP and know exactly where it is in the process by looking at one screen. Furthermore, I have found the system to be much more user friendly than the last system. Updating, editing, and removing information is very simple and fast! One of my favorite improvements is the calibration tracking system. What a dream! It is so easy to update, add, remove and track information regarding our equipment. Prior to tracking calibration on the web, we used a manual spreadsheet system. As you know, without single point management, spreadsheets can be a nightmare. One of the greatest things about the new tracking system, is getting reminder emails of what is coming up for calibration. It makes for one less thing I have to remember manually check on a spreadsheet. I’m truly gratefully for this part of the system! "Sonardyne Inc’s goal was to obtain ISO 9001:2000 certification, by the end of January 2007. An older QMS system from our parent manufacturing company was reviewed and found inappropriate for our local sales and service business. Hence Mireaux Quality Inc’s was contracted to review our needs and propose a new system that fit with our business model. Working closely with the head of each department and our ISO representative, Ms. Boudreaux was able to bring a new web based QMS system on-line in 3 months. Training classes were straightforward and educational. The user friendliness of the system allowed it to be well accepted by our employees. Sonardyne Inc received certification at the end of January 2007. Our parent company has been impressed with both the implementation and appropriateness of Inc’s QMS system. The system will be mirrored and implemented in our Asia office later this year."
