“We approached Matrix to come up with our branding for our candle company after an initial phone call with Mike. I had spoken with another design company, but we felt Matrix actually wanted to help us and listen to what we wanted. We went for our first meeting and had a long discussion about what we needed, our thoughts and hopes for the project. It was a great meeting, although we were driving home thinking "did we give them enough information", "did we convey what we wanted" and were quite worried about what would be presented.
