  • Describe the implementation process and timeline for Kameleoon software.

As a Saas-based solution, there is no requirement for an on-site installation. We handle all set-up and implementation, and work with our customers to maximize the value they generate from the platform.

There two main steps in our customer implementation process:
    - A three month period of onboarding which includes a handover meeting, a kick-off call/meeting, then the set-up of Kameleoon Script, and finally a training session of the client team involved in the project with our CSM
    - A second six month stage is dedicated to ensuring the client gets full value from implementing Kameleoon. Clients get the opportunity to take free A/B testing or product certification courses online. A project committee meeting happens twice a month with the client project team and Kameleoon’s CSM to follow up, analyze and prioritize ongoing tests. In the longer term, Kameleoon organizes quarterly meetings with every client to discuss business priorities, share global results and recommend new features/products.
