  • Who are JRNI's biggest competitors (3-5 companies)?

    The greatest competitors are some of companies who offer "scheduling" solutions that are really calendar management tools that don't offer the array of enterprise features required to grow with customers. In addition, some of the large software vendors are including scheduling in with their suites, but they are emerging to be fairly rudimentary and don't manage the complexities of global, enterprise scale scheduling.

  • What kind of features can customers expect JRNI to release in the near future? And longer term?

    Customers can expect to see more integrations with a broader array of partners, and we'll continue to build out the array of prepackaged reports. As an omnichannel solution, you can expect that we'll be keeping up as new channels for customer communication emerge.

  • Which popular or common software does JRNI integrate with?

    JRNI integrates with all leading calendars, as well as Microsoft 365 and Salesforce. IN addition, we integrate with Twilio and Zoom for remote appointments, Yext for advanced search and discoverability, all of the leading clienteling providers and a number of workforce management systems.

  • Software pricing can often be complex. If it's pretty straightforward, list tiers, pricing (per year, seat, etc) and limits for JRNI. If it's not simple, use broad estimates or ranges for typical setups.
