We recently transitioned from another software to ITpipes and the transition has been complex. Cori was most helpful in aiding our transition to ITpipes Mobile and Andrew Bartell has been on top of keeping things moving. We do not have an in-house IT person so the ITpipes team has been very good about coaching underqualified staff through the installation/ implementation process.
