"My experience with both ITpipes tech support and Cori have been excellent. The team is responsive and very adept at resolving issues. We recently transitioned from another software to ITpipes and the transition has been complex. Cori was most helpful in aiding our transition to ITpipes Mobile and Andrew Bartell has been on top of keeping things moving. We do not have an in-house IT person so the ITpipes team has been very good about coaching underqualified staff through the installation/ implementation process. They stay on task and communicate internally to resolve issues. Overall, it has been a very positive experience. As we work on integrating our ESRI mapping into the software, I am very grateful for the excellent technical support I have received From ITpipes. Admittedly, I anticipated that the transition would be somewhat arduous but Cori and her team have done everything possible to smooth out the process."
