"Working with customer debt is an integral part of the work of our company. Monotonous work tires the employees and no matter how well the operator works before the speed of the robot is very far away. Understanding this, we turned to IPTel with requests to organize the center of processing calls with the system of predictive automatic calling and the transfer of routine calls with a reminder of the debt by the robot. As a result of the integration with our base, we achieved unloading from monotonous work of more than 20 employees, increased the number of calls by 3 times and reduced the costs of communication operators by 4 times.
