We had a particular problem with working out our postage for some products and Tristan sorted it out very quickly with great results. We had issues with an external plugin and again he went straight to the developer and that was sorted. One other thing that worked for us was the pushing to get on with page content (we were being slow) and pointers for the content making sure there was enough and making sure it was good for search engines.
