We received little to none telephone support. The web trainings they offered were always a technological disaster and the presentation of those were not educational. Then this other companies server crashed. We had egg on our faces and thought there was nothing we could do to earn the trust and respect of our dealers that went down that path. I was pleased that we were able to sign up 85 dealers in the first two days of our dealer meetings with your program. This count has continued to grow since. We are already getting reports from guys that this program is effective and helps the dealer’s mix of product change for a better system. "We started using the enterprise selling solution program in Late April and have found it to be a very valuable resource in the sales process. Once your templates are set up, creating a quote for a customer while in the home is a piece of cake. The professional proposal that you can go line by line with a customer is like no other I have seen and blows away my competitions handwritten quotes. Adding videos and web links with more product data is a nice feature as well. Overall I think the program is a great tool that can add to the success of your sales force."
