  • “I switched from Future POS to HungerRush because I hated the system. I had Future POS for about a year and I was ready to throw their system out the window. The system was clunky and not friendly for pizza shops like me. Simple tasks like doing a half pizza order, delivery, or changing the menu were overly complex. I also had NO control over the security of my system to protect from employee theft. Simply horrible for a manager to control. After seeing HungerRush could do I was sold, and after installation and once my wife got using it, we knew we finally made a good decision. It provides all the security and customization we needed. HungerRush was able to customize features based on how we want to use it to match our business concept and the other way around. We also decided to start using their HungerRush Online Ordering System. We love that it has a flat rate and no recurring fee like GrubHub. We save a bunch of money using HungerRush and try getting all our customers to use it through coupons and other promotions. Prior to GrubHub, we had several complaints about drivers and the food being cold. That is a non-issue now! Overall, HungerRush has been everything I’ve wanted and more. I now recommend HungerRush to all my friends and family."

  • "Future's system was horrible, it wasn't set up right and we were sold an old version of the system. Their Customer Service department was the worst. The system crashed all the time at night and we had to wait until morning to call someone. Because they have resellers, you would have to then wait for a tech to be paged and they would call you back 5 hours later. One of their techs came, crashed the system, and then said 'Sorry I can't fix it'. I was the one that actually ended up fixing the system! I slept in the restaurant for 3 nights straight and stood in the same spot for 13 hours at a time. Future's sales guy kept calling me every 8 hours to try and sell me a new system- I didn't want it! I finally had to block his calls. He reminded me of a slimy used car salesman. That week I got a call from a sales person at HungerRush- the timing couldn't have been more perfect. Mistakes have been cut WAY down and there has been a huge drop in the amount of voids and comps. We love HungerRush so much- even Grandma has nothing but good things to say about it!"

  • "Before HungerRush we were using the Aldelo POS system, but it just wasn't working to our benefit. We decided we wanted to upgrade to a better system - to something we actually liked. So we switched to HungerRush! All of the features and reporting capabilities are so much better and HungerRush is very easy to use; training the staff on it was so simple. My favorite feature is the delivery module - it is absolutely awesome. We do a lot of deliveries, so it was extremely important that our POS have excellent delivery features. HungerRush's delivery module is just so great. I also love the fingerprint reader; it keeps my employees from clocking in for each other and that sort of thing. And HungerRush's support team is always so helpful. Initially I was concerned that the switch from Aldelo to HungerRush would be complicated, but it really wasn't. The switch went really well. We're happy!"
