HireVue is a cloud-hosted human resource management (HRM) tool that enables recruiters to conduct video interviews with aspirants. It allows job applicants to use an online video interface to respond to interview questions. The software permits recruiters to prepare specific interview queries for each job opening, and when a qualified contender applies, recruiters can send these queries to the candidate. The applicant can utilize HireVue to record their answers and send them back to the hirer, who can then review them.
