"We introduced Hi5 into our business about two years ago. We saw a need in our business for reward and recognition and we stumbled across the Hi5 team; we met with them, it was a seamless transition and they came in guns blazing! We introduced the app and people have been using it ever since. It's a great simple platform for our team to recognise each other for great work achieved in the trade. We share really rad photographs of different displays, activations & right down to even the tea lady making the MD the best cup of tea for the week. So, it's a simple process; it works for our business and it really has driven an amazing culture through the team. I think the staff love Hi5 because of the user-friendly functionality of the app. It's like any other app that they use in their day-to-day lives - it pops up a push message when somebody receives a Hi5 or when they receive a Hi5. It's super simple and exactly what our team needed because of their busy schedules. I think the behaviour in our business that's changed the most is that people have become a lot more interactive and willing to share, because we have given them this tool (i.e. platform) to share their wins in trade. They are more open to speaking about their wins and more eager to share and talk about it, which is something we've found has created a lot of fun & happiness within our business."
