Hawksearch provides skilled project planning and management throughout the lifecycle of the project. Typically, the implementation process takes 4-6 weeks but varies from project to project depending on your requirements and customizations. The project will begin with a kick off meeting to fully identify all the creative, functional, and technical specifications of the project and will set up a project timeline with a full outline of all project tasks, deliverables, and associated dates. Your project manager will keep the project on track and will be your interface to all team members to deliver a successful project.

Implementation:
During the implementation phase, you will work with a Hawksearch Project Manager and Business Analyst. The project manager will oversee all aspects of the implementation, facilitate project timelines, and conduct weekly calls with your team to ensure project is on track. The business analyst will help guide you in establishing datafeeds and will conduct Hawksearch workbench training as well as search-tuning exercises to ensure data and workbench settings are working optimally to produce relevant search results.
Account Management:
After go-live, you will be transitioned to account management and set up in Freshdesk, our ticketing support system. For questions and help, you can submit tickets through this application. Regular monthly/bi weekly calls are scheduled as a touch-base for any Hawksearch questions. After-hours support is also available.
