“We at the Maids here in Brandon Florida have been using GPS since March 2010. We started with 3 hard-wired units from another supplier and used those devices until last week. We added a 4th device in late 2010 – and added our 1st GPS to Go device last spring. Our use of GPS is unique in that we have developed an in-house application that combines data from our GPS suppliers with job schedule information from ServiceCEO allowing us to track not only where are vehicles are, but where they are supposed to be. GPS To Go’s service has proven to be very reliable, and their “event driven” device reporting methodology has proven to be far superior to other suppliers “every 2 minutes” reporting. We end up with more frequent updates of vehicle position and status when the vehicle is en-route, and eliminate the wasteful “every 2 minute” reports of the vehicle spending the night or weekend in the office parking lot. Last week, we switched over completely to GPS to Go with a total of 5 devices.”

"We specialize in high speed internet for rural areas. We have about 2500 of our own customers in Ontario. We have full time employees, and we use GPS tracking to track their hours. We also use it to dispatch our clients, and give ETAs to our customers accurate to within 15 minutes – which is fantastic. We used to have to call our techs at least 20 times a day to see where they were, but now we barely even need to talk to them. We can just let them do their work. We started just by tracking in-and-out times, but it’s become so much more. Everything from ETAs to when we need to do oil changes of our vehicles, so we can schedule all that in advance."
