“Flowtrac really is fully customizable, every feature that I have needed in order to have an accurate count and reporting for the State and other entities has been done. Cons: It can be scary switching to a new system not knowing what is to come, and for reports and will this product work. Overall: It’s been great getting things on track, doing reports and having trainings. I like the chat feature for quick questions.”
