


Union Savings Bank is a state-chartered savings association headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. Founded in 1904 on the premise that a savings association should serve the community by encouraging savings and promoting affordable home ownership through prudent lending of deposits, Union now operates 25 full service Savings Branches in Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, Ohio and Indianapolis, Indiana. In addition, they have 28 offices in various locations in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana that process Mortgage loan applications.
Southern Michigan Bank & Trust, it is their mission to build trusting relationships with customers by providing friendly, personal financial services. The bank was incorporated and opened for business in early 1872 in S.M. Steeley's bank rooms located in the Southern Michigan Hotel building next to the public square. It was felt that the bank needed its own building so land was cleared on the corner of Monroe and Chicago Street and construction began. Southern Michigan National Bank opened its doors at its new location in July 1872. During the Great Depression, many banks suffered.
