    Users do not need to be technical at all. Basic computer skills like using your browser are pretty much all most users need. Of course, having some technical ability certainly helps get up and running quicker.

    Training is offered via web conference. There is also online help built into every page of the system and training videos about popular topics.

  • Describe the implementation process and timeline for eWorkOrders software.

    Since this is an internet based software as a service, there is nothing to install. Once you've signed up there will be a web conference to go through your initial setup. After that conference you may have some homework to do, then it time to schedule a training session or two. Some customers have been up and running on the day they signed up! The implementation timeline varies depending upon your readiness to move forward and availability of key players. Typical implementations take between a few days to several weeks.

    Technical support is available via telephone, chat, email, web conference and, of course, by work order! We use eWorkOrders to manage everything we do and you can just put a service request in and to get help quickly!
