Enigma’s people are very good to work with. They’ll visit and spend time chatting to you to understand what you really need. They also bring their own ideas to the table on how to achieve that. We recently approached Enigma to source candidates for two new mid-level Developer positions we wanted to create. Enigma People Solutions approach to recruitment marketing has furnished us with a range of candidates to select from and we have seen a strong spike in interest in indie Semiconductor as a reaction to the blogs that they have written and promoted on our behalf. The result has been that we have some important hires identified and in process to join the business. The team is growing and we are looking to move office to accommodate this.

We had been in the market for some months and received a "scatter gun" selection of candidate CVs, which failed to meet our customers’ value requirements.
