“3 years ago I was thrust into being the SecureMail admin without any documentation or information on the system here at my office. I was given a contact name for DataMotion and that was it. Dave was that contact. I ran into my first issues with the system and called Dave. Dave was on the phone with me within 10 minutes and was not even at work that day. He assisted me with an issue that was simply related to space on my server. I have depended on his guidance with our recent upgrade to the latest version and it went very well. We were moving away from Novel Groupwise to Microsoft Exchange and had a partial migration going on in the midst of this. I was worried but once again my worries were calmed with great support of the old Groupwise add-in and the new Outlook Add-in.
