Our Exchange server was corrupted yesterday, which normally would be a HUGE problem for the Navy League, but luckily Ray was the engineer assigned to our issue. He provided us with a workaround, called every couple of hours with an update, kept us well-informed and gave reasonable expectations for when we'd be back online, and worked tirelessly to fix this for us. We couldn't be more grateful. The whole office wants to send him a fruit basket or something, we're just all so grateful and amazed by his hard work and dedication on this.
