This is my third project with Curbio and I had been happy with the results. The first project was a condo that went without a hitch and the property sold in 2 months (which included the Curbio project time). Property sold at list price. The second project, a single-family home, was thought to be easier, but the seller took on some projects on their own to save money. It's been 10 months on the market and they are expected to close next week. The 3rd project, another condo, was a mixture of the "know what she wants" client and the Curbio project leader constantly bumping heads. There were many project changes, but we are finally ready to list the property tomorrow. The project came out beautifully. I'm crossing my fingers, but believe this will close in less than a month.
