"CRO has helped us centralize our regional dispatch operation. Two dispatchers controlling the dispatch function of six transportation operations through the user-friendly CRO online platform allows our dispatchers to interface with drivers using the “CRO for Drivers” application; again very intuitive and user-friendly. In addition to the dispatch function of CRO’s online platform, our dispatchers are able to easily access asset duration reports that provide visibility of our bin assets and the length of time bins have been at a particular location. Lastly, we are beginning to utilize the “Notifications” feature of CRO which provides value to customers by notifying them when their load was dispatched, driver is in route, and load has been delivered. These features are allowing us to hone in our customer service and help distinguish Schnitzer from our competition. The CRO IT Support group has been very helpful in tweaking our CRO portal to meet our specific requirements which has been critical for us in ensuring CRO’s successful implementation throughout our Region."
